DJ Sol started djing in 2002 as a student in Aberdeen, and after a chance meeting with Craig Smith (6th Borough Project, Soul Renegades, Soul Heaven) while he was dropping a set at Ponana, Aberdeen, Sol developed a deep love for house music.  After moving to Edinburgh in 2003, Sol had residences in some of Edinburgh's top clubs and bars before moving back home to London.  Sol's main musical influences include Louie Vega, Masters at Work, Craig Smith, Sean McCabe, Incognito, Neil Pierce, Terry Hunter, Black Coffee, Jimpster and Atjazz.  Sol's goal is to put together sets that can uplift, shift people's moods and mindsets into positivity, and that create places for rest.  Expect journeys into the deep and soulful with Sol!
